Zachary "Zac" Shileika

TC Futures Employment Specialist

Hi, I’m a Youth Program Employment Specialist case manager for TC Futures. I’ve been fortunate to have many different work experiences from sales management and supply chain management, to warehousing and forklift/ heavy equipment operating. I’ve been a volunteer crime victim advocate since 2009 advocating for victims of crime from all areas of our great state. For the last three years I’ve served our community as a domestic violence advocate specializing in prevention and working with youth all throughout Benton and Franklin Counties.

The only thing greater than the hope that TC futures brings youth and young adults throughout our community is the empowerment that they get from being able to learn new skills, connect with employers, finish their education and most importantly…Know that they are not alone. I’m humbled every day by every one of my co-workers and the passion and professionalism they bring to their work.

Donna Kunk

TC Futures Case Manager

Hi, my name is Donna. TC Futures is full of passionate people. Your success is very important to me. I can help you in a variety of ways. Some students like a specific plan to follow that They put in action. I just follow your plan and if you want to be held accountable for completing your education; I’LL DO IT. If you have a laid-back attitude about it and need time to warm up to it. “You are the captain!”
I will support you as you go through the GED process and I will refer you to our next steps program as needed. I’m flexible. All I ask is that you come into the center and see what you think. And… “Strive for progress, not perfection.”

Josh Guajardo

TC Futures Case Manager

I’ve been fortunate to have worked for amazing organizations and school district’s, but no place as unique as TC Futures. TC Futures could be best described as an airport, a place where people of all walks of life meet to be sent to their desired destination. On the journey to earn the GED comes a lot of excitement and work that leaves youth feeling inspired to accomplish more. As a Case Manager, I am nothing more than a cheerleader on that journey. I am passionate and value every conversation and goal each student sets for themselves knowing they are more than capable to accomplish anything they want to in this life. My goal for every student I work with at TC Futures, is to make them feel comfortable and confident with their academic, career and personal choices to ensure they have an opportunity at the quality of life they deserve.

Aside from my love to help youth reach their academic and career goals, I love my family, sports and the Cougs. At home, I am fortunate to live life with my wife Jonna and our two daughters Bentley and Blakely. You will typically catch us watching the Dallas Cowboys, Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle Mariners play week in and week out or find me on a golf course. As you get know me you will learn that I bleed Crimson and Grey. I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Strategic Communications and loved every moment of it. There is nothing better than waking up on a Saturday knowing it’s Cougar Football Saturday unless we’re beating the Huskies on a Friday!

Go Cougs!

Matthew Russell

Guest Resource Specialist

It's never too late to start. My life so far has been a culmination of many different experiences and along the way there have been a multitude of people who have impacted my life. One thing I have learned is that it is never too late to decide, start over, or just get started on a goal, a mission, or a dream.

I love riding my motorcycle and taking long motorcycle trips with my wife. Some of my other interests and hobbies are cooking, art, and vintage Volkswagens.
